Doorstep Delivery

Basically, I placed an order and it took a few hours and I called several times and ended up cancelling my order and I'm concerned about refunds
I placed an order and I waited for over hours - was told it was the restaurants fault and told to keep waiting and waitingBy almost hours, I decided to cancel the orderI was told I was going to be refunded within 1-business days
So I wanted to double check that this morning - I found reviews online with the SAME story as meTheir address listed online is 5th St S, Saint Petersburg, FL which is an apartment buildingI called and asked for their physical address and said they were moving addresses and that I can contact the Tampa branch - but even then, they wouldn't give me the addressI asked to speak to a manager and they just put me on holdI have been unable to get a hold of someone that can do anything for meI'm not even sure if this company is legit because their address does not even pop up on their location
