doorstep dinners

Review: I paid Doorstep Dinners $200 on behalf of my friend, [redacted], who had cancer and was very sick and could not cook for herself. [redacted] couldn't eat at all right after I bought the gift card for her so she didn't use the service for a few months. Then she called and they told her it was fine - that the $200 credit would be there when she felt well enough to eat. Her husband began calling and emailing about 2 1/2 months ago to place an order, and no one responded. I did the same - calls and emails. No response. My dear friend [redacted] died one month ago. Now her husband is still trying to get meals delivered and no one will respond to him. Again, I paid $200 and they have my money - but we have no services.Desired Settlement: I want either a full refund for unused services, or I want the dinners delivered to [redacted]'s husband. They cannot just keep my money.
