Review: I ordered a game through the Sears website that was supposed to be shipped through this company. I recieved an email on Jan * 2014 that my item had shipped and I should get it by Jan [redacted]. I have yet to receive it and when I tried to contact the company they gave me the run around and made it seem as if they never even shipped it by claiming they would send me another one free of charge. I have yet to receive any game and they have continued to ignore me with any other attempts I have made to contact them. The phone number on the website is never answered, only voicemail. When looking on the companies website I see that alot of other people have had the exact same issue as I have. They have never received the item they ordered and noboday would ever contact them back when they tried to get ahold of them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and this business unable to continue since it is obviously a scam
