Two brand new pairs of pants are discolored There is clear imprints of equipment that was used to press, and material is discolored I took two brand new pairs of pants to be pressed as they were wrinkly from the store I requested press only as they were brand new When I picked up the pants, I did not inspect as I usually do When I got home and looked closer, I noticed clear imprint of their equipment on the pants, front and back on both pairs I called the cleaners to report The clerk said I must have brought them in like that, but I did not, they were brand new and I would have seen that at the store and would not have purchased them The clerk said the manager would be in about or 6:and she would speak to him and call me back She did not call me back The next day I stopped in with the pants, and discussed it again with the clerk, leaving the pants Tonight I stopped in to see what would be done to rectify this and the clerk said the manager said I must have

BUYER BEWARE: this company has a policy that all deliveries must be signed for by the purchaser. On the surface this may sound like a good idea, but what it means is that if you work, you cannot receive the delivery (because you are not present). Further, this policy prohibits the carriers (UPS, FedEx) from accepting a signed waiver to drop off the package. That mean you have to be home - and if you don't work you have to take time off to be there to receive the package. This is the most ridiculous policy ever! I understand the concern with stolen packages, but it has been taken to an extreme that is unmanageable for working families.
