On 1/4/20, I made an online purchase (order # D2447) and paid for 3 matte lipsticks, 1 red zone lipstick bundle and 1 highlighter ( which cost $20). Although I received all of the lipsticks, I NEVER received the highlighter. I emailed Dope Cosmetix three times regarding the matter, however never received a response.
