Last July my son gave me a gift certificate to this Spa that he found on Groupon. I used the certificate in August. I enjoyed it so much, that now my son bought me another one for Christmas. When I called to make the appointment I was asked if I had been there before. Yes, I was. I was told that the Groupon certificate is only good for first time users. No where on the Groupon certificate does it indicate this. How is anyone suppose to know this. I was told it was the owners rule. Shouldn't this be advertised. This is bad business for anyone.
Modification/discontinuance of I would like to receive my Spa treatment, (massage) as gifted to me or they need to advertise on Groupon their policy
Good Morning, I'am the manager at DorLifeSpa. Yes I spoke to the client, she told me about the Purchase.I asked have she been here and she stated yes.I told her Groupon for first time clients only. she reply her son gave it to her for Christmas. I was willing to Scheduled her since it was already Purchase. until she cut me off stated that will be using a different. then she hang up, and the next day her son called him, I explain to him what happen and he said okay.

Her whole story is a complete lie. First, she refused to make an appointment for me, absolutely told me I couldn't use it. Then I said what if I made the appointment in a different name. Also, I never hung up on her. I was trying to come to a resolution. They should tell Groupon to notify people as to what their policy is. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially now that they lied about the whole story. Thank you for your help but my son used the coupon so that it wasn't wasted.
