This is just the first review of many that i'm going to leave for this shady dealershipFirst of all I paid cash for the vehicle, and an additional $1,for the CPO, (Certified Pre-Owned), which to them obvioulsy means nothing, because less than a week later I find out that the front brakes were installed incorrectlyEach whell has in inboard, and out board brake pad, however, this vehicle had both inboard pads on the drivers side, and both outboard pads on the passenger side which resulted in my wife almost being thrown off the highway into the opposite lane of traffic, I immediately took it to a Lincoln dealership, which repaired the warped front rotors, hubs, and brake pads to a tune of $I live in Georgia and purchased the vehicle in FloridaWhen contacting Doral Lincoln, all they wanted to do was play games with me on the phone Then after they agreed to refund my out of pocket costs, they sent me a check for $ And are still playing phone games...Called Lincoln Corporate and filed a complaint, now I'm have a sided sign made so I can drive up and down the stree in front of their dealership! BUYER BEWARE!
I came last week to have a part replaced. (LIGHT BALLAST) Since no one knew if it was covered under the guaranteed, I LEFT A CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE PART IN ORDER FOR THEM TO ORDER IT. Come Monday, THEY HAD NOT ORDER THE PART. I called and demanded that the part was ordered with next day delivery. Today WEDNESDAY they told me the part arrived. I came to the dealer at NOON and it is 5:15PM and I am still waiting for the car. I didn't buy the car from this dealer to start with because of the lack of customer service and they would not honor their internet sale price once you arrived at the dealership. Came her for service because it was the one closer to me in Miami Dade. NEXT TIME I WILL GO TO PINE LINCOLN! 5 HOURS TO REPLACE A BALLAST???? UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNRELIABLE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!
