At this time, I have been contacted directly by Doral's Interiors L.T.D. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
*** told me that she would refund my deposit, either by check or by refunding my credit cardShe mentioned she had never issued a
refund before, but I said that she could figure it out or send me a check (my address is on the invoice). She also said she would call the next week, but never called.
