At this time, I have been contacted directly by Doral's Interiors L.T.D. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted] told me that she would refund my deposit, either by check or by refunding my credit card. She mentioned she had never issued a...

refund before, but I said that she could figure it out or send me a check (my address is on the invoice).  She also said she would call the next week, but never called. I still have not received a refund as of Tuesday May [redacted]. Today, prompted by this email, I called again and left a message for the [redacted] with [redacted]. She said that she would pass on the message to her. Thank you.

Review: On January **, 2015 I went to Doral Interiors to inquire about getting a chair re-upholstered. [redacted] "[redacted]" and co-worker "[redacted]" were working in the store that day. I showed [redacted] a picture of the chair and we looked at several fabrics. After I chose a fabric, [redacted] wrote up the order on an order form stating: "Reuph[olstery] of: 1 Ant[i]q[ue] chiar w/ wood arms + legs; - Oceana Paisely Print; - change inside + tighen springs...." the Cose was dictated as $780.00 plust 69.23 in tax for a total of $849.23. That day - January **, 2015, I paid a deposit of $425.00 on my credit card. [redacted] said she needed to order the fabric and would call when it arrived, and I could bring in the fabric. Some time during the month of February I called the business but did not receive a return call. On Saturday March *, 2015 (five (5)) weeks after paying my $425.00 deposit I went physically to the store to inquire of status. I spoke with "[redacted]" who was the only one in the store. She said she didn't know anything about the status and would leave a message for [redacted] to contact me that week. [redacted] also gave me her cell phone number to contact her. I never received a call that week. On Saturday March **, 2015 at 10:27 am I texted [redacted] saying "I never received a call this week. Any update on the fabric?" I heard back that day: "I'll call you when I get to the store. Thank you. I'm on my way. Your fabric is due in this week. It was on back order." I responded "Great. Thanks." on March **, 2015. Sometime the following week I called to confirm the fabric was received and to see if I could arrange drop off the chair for service. I could not leave a message because the machine says the inbox is full. On Saturday April **, 2015 I again returned in person to the store to inquire of status. Again [redacted] was there and had no informtion. She told me that [redacted] had been ill. I apologized for her sickness but said that if someone could not call me the following week I would like to get my money back. No one called. I called the business again today April **, 2015 and again could not leave a message. I'm tired of waiting to get a straight answer and would like my deposit back.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit of $425.00 refunded.

When I call the number of the business ###-###-#### (admittedly it may be after hours at 5:45pm) I get an answering machine that reports it is FULL and I'm not able to leave a message.
