Following an extraordinarily harsh winter, we were called back to ourcustomer’s project site to observe numerous cracks in the patioAlthough, we have no controlover the severity of winters, we felt that it was appropriate to replace the patioUnfortunately,the replacement of this patio did not occur within a time frame that was satisfactory to ourcustomer and to be honest, did drag on longer than we feel is fair to our customer.Upon receipt of our customer’s complaint, we immediately made contact with her and came to aresolutionWe agreed to refund her the entire amount that she paid for the original patioWehave cut and mailed out the refund check on 01/02/2015.Respectfully,*** ***Vice PresidentDoran Construction Inc

Review: Had a 10x14 patio installed late October 2013. In February 2014 called to report seven cracks had appeared in patio. Patio was looked at by company and a new patio was to be installed when weather improved. After multiple phone calls and promises to replace patio within a few weeks, the last time being right before Thanksgiving, I am totally frustrated by lack of service.Desired Settlement: At this time I am not interested in having Doran Construction replace my patio. I would like to have my money refunded so I can get someone to do the job properly.
