Horrible service! They tried to fix my AC twice - both times, did not work. We used them via HWA - on the third call they stated that they knew the unit needed to be replaced - but since HWA does not pay their bills - they will not help me! I live in Texas - with triple digit temperatures - and this is unacceptable service, not to mention severe health risk. DO NOT USE this company to service any equipment in your home!

Duran Mechanical installed a new 5 ton unit in my home last week. The workers were very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job!
This is my first time using them, but I have had two other family members that used them and had the same experience. I will recommend them to everyone.
