The consumer ordered replacement parts that were delivered with an error/defect and a longer than desired wait timeIn remedy of such issues, a new product unit was delivered to consumer as well as $in [redacted] e-gift cards to offset original costResolution has been made as consumer indicated unit was right and team member involvement has fixed the problem

We spoke to the customer and sent her replacement parts on July 9, These parts were delivered on July 15, We followed up on July with a phone call leaving a message letting her know the parts were delivered and left at her
front door and if she had anymore issues to please call us and left her our phone numberWe have not received anymore calls from her

Though no signs of manufacturer's defect were visible in the photos provided by the customer, we have offered a full refund as a good will gesture

We contacted the customer via the telephone number provided and have left the customer a voice mail to contact us concerning this complaint.As well, we have emailed the customer requesting they contact us at their earliest convenience.As for April 8th, 2016, we have yet to receive a return phone
call or email from the customer
