I have researched Mr***'s complaint from his rental of 3760-Westpoint Drive at our Courtyards of Kimberly Apartment Community and arrived at the following conclusion
Our folland follow-through for this issue was unacceptable and I apologize for that. The carpet cleaner
should have come sooner to extract the water Our carpet cleaner stated that by the time he came out the affected area was small, was drying and extraction was pointless. Unfortunately carpet does tend to smell as it is drying
Becky Boyer, the site manager, has attempted to contact Mr*** to schedule complimentary carpet cleaning and deodorizing of his living room, dining room and hall. There is some preparation Mr*** will need to complete prior to the carpet cleaning. He should contact MsBoyer to schedule a convenient time for this service
I have credited Mr***'s rental account $as compensation for the excess electric used for the fan and his inconvenience. Again my apology and hopefully this will help to improve our service follow through for all our residents
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The carpet cleaning was scheduled for today and the carpet cleaners were a no showI appreciate the offer and will acceptI would just like for the carpet cleaners to come after I move out next monthIn the next few days I will be submitting a notice to vacate the property by December 27,
