Review: Upon arrival of a wholesale hat order with this company, I was surprised to find 4x the number of product I had requested. When bringing this up to the sales rep, asking to return half of the product for refund, I was met with absolute silence. Any other reps within the business have been just as unhelpful, even when the entire transaction is captured in email form. So here I am, stuck with these items I cannot sell, and on top of this, they are requesting an arbitrary shipping fee which is now in the hands of a collection agency. I have told them I will pay if they pay for the unordered merch to be shipped back and refunded (only fair, as I had to pay duty/shipping on them). No response.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter resolved by either allowing me to return this excess merch for refund, or by simply forgetting this shipping fee and eating the cost of their mistake.

The customer complaint has been researched internally. We have come to find out the sales rep did not confirm with the customer the minimum order quantities. The product purchased is sold in a minimum quantity of 4 and the customer was under the impression the minimum quantity was 1. The company apologizes on behalf of the sales rep who was unresponsive and should have confirmed the order. The customer has been removed from any collection agency and the $200 for freight has been removed from their account. Again we apologize and regret the situation was escalated to this level before resolution.
