I am rejecting this response. It is unfortunate that after so many calls, me being a good, patient and fully paying customer that I had to make a complaint to the state licensing department for this...
company to actually respond to me. That is unacceptable. The business and I have had ZERO issues before this and were on friendly terms.The actual completion of the job they needed to do would have only taken a couple of hours for this HVAC unit to be running in properly installed, complete shape. It should NOT have had to come to this.

we do not do commercial package unit on residential my insurance will not cover it the home warranty knows that 2-10 home warranty
