Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this responseIt is unfortunate that after so many calls, me being a good, patient and fully paying customer that I had to make a complaint to the state licensing department for this company to actually respond to meThat is unacceptableThe business and I have had ZERO issues before this and were on friendly terms.The actual completion of the job they needed to do would have only taken a couple of hours for this HVAC unit to be running in properly installed, complete shapeIt should NOT have had to come to this Regards, [redacted]

we do not do commercial package unit on residential my insurance will not cover it the home warranty knows that 2-home warranty
she report to the TDOL will have to go with that and see what will happen
