I am rejecting this response because:I did receive an email from the business asking me to undispute the charge if I still wanted the item Since the item
was for my daughter's birthday last month, I no longer need it I had sent several emails and had gotten no response, so I do not believe he had no idea that my order had "fallen through the cracks" and he only contacted me after you contacted him Bad customer service for sure and thinking maybe he is into scamming people
