Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2016/01/11) */ [redacted] signed a month lease after she had inspected the apartment with meThere were nail holes in the walls where the former tenant had hung itemShe was aware of this and did not have a problem with itShe agreed at that time that the apartment was just what she had needed because the last two places that she had lived were unacceptable, which should have been my first clueShe had major complaints about them alsoThe apartment had just been cleaned by my cleaning crewBy the way , Dorries Builders has no connection with my rentals so I am really at a loss on why the complaint was made with themI explained to [redacted] that I could not control anyone smoking outsideThe temperatures while she was there were in the 50s and low 60s which I told her that I wasn't sure what she considered cold but it had not been coldThere is NO cold air blowing in the bathroom vent, there are NO holes in the closetThe furnace room has some exposed insulation that has black backing which I guess she thought was black moldI DO NO rent dirty or unsafe rentalsWe are well know in Centralia for having some of the nicest rentalsI found out that she was just wanting to find a way to get her rent and deposit back so she complained constantlyI told her I would understand if she decided to leave but that she had signed a mont leaseShe broke her lease by moving out a month earlyI have not heard from her sinceI should have done a better background check on herAll I can really say is I am glad she is gone even though she still owes me money for her rent and she refused to pay me for electric bill that she owedShe is a fly by night contract lab employee and I hope she will be able to find something or someone that makes her happy but I seriously doubt itI think she is a con artistGood luck to her next victim
