apartment was just what she had needed because the last two places that she had lived were unacceptable, which should have been my first clue. She had major complaints about them also. The apartment had just been cleaned by my cleaning crew. By the way , Dorries Builders has no connection with my rentals so I am really at a loss on why the complaint was made with them. I explained to [redacted] that I could not control anyone smoking outside. The temperatures while she was there were in the 50s and low 60s which I told her that I wasn't sure what she considered cold but it had not been cold. There is NO cold air blowing in the bathroom vent, there are NO holes in the closet. The furnace room has some exposed insulation that has black backing which I guess she thought was black mold. I DO NO rent dirty or unsafe rentals. We are well know in Centralia for having some of the nicest rentals. I found out that she was just wanting to find a way to get her rent and deposit back so she complained constantly. I told her I would understand if she decided to leave but that she had signed a 3 mont lease. She broke her lease by moving out a month early. I have not heard from her since. I should have done a better background check on her. All I can really say is I am glad she is gone even though she still owes me money for her rent and she refused to pay me for electric bill that she owed. She is a fly by night contract lab employee and I hope she will be able to find something or someone that makes her happy but I seriously doubt it. I think she is a con artist.
