Dorsey Enterprises Concrete

I hired Dorsey Enterprises Concrete to do a textured concrete patio at my home. The patio was done Oct 2019. In March 2020, I noticed spots where it looks like the coloring or sealer is coming off along with areas that appear to have faded. In March 2020, I contacted S Dorsey and he said he would come out and look at the patio. After multiple text messages and phone calls, I received a text message on May 18 which said he stopped by, noticed some fading and asked if I had any other concerns. I have left additional phone messages and text messages since then with no additional response. After over 3 months, I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and care as a customer. I have had two other concrete company's evaluate the patio and both stated that it would have to be cleaned, re antiqued and sealed.
