We have been in contact with Mr*** and have made arrangements to complete any repairs he deems necessary and that falls within our original scope of work

Dorsey's sent Fernando to my house last weekThere was a fairly long list of things the previous installers did incorrectly He looked at it and said he would have to order some materialsThat was the last communication I have had with them

In reference to the complaint filed by Ms***, I am submitting the following response. Ms*** is a valuable asset to our organization and upon speaking with her regarding this complaint, I understand that the delays caused in getting an estimate to MS*** were due to the
request from the customer that the estimate be broken out into different jobs, with some jobs needing different options and prices for eachMs*** has been working diligently to accommodate all of the requests made by Ms***We acknowledge that this estimate has taken longer to formulate than most, but Ms*** is trying to give the most detail and best available pricesWe sincerely apologize for the missed appointmentMs*** had it on her schedule for the following TuesdayShe spoke with Ms*** and apologized for the confusionMs*** offered to reschedule and said she would be willing to leave right away and be there within minutes. We always try to give the best customer service to all our clientsI am sorry that it seems we have missed the mark on this one but it was not for lack of trying. Regards*** ***Office Manager

No one from your business has contacted me...everNo one is at my house repairing anythingWhen will this happen?

Mr*** contracted with Dorsey's Unlimited Construction to have the repairs made to his propertyMr*** insisted we use his friend and neighbor MrMike *** as our subcontractorMr*** was not a subcontractor that we had previously screened, but because Mr*** assured us that he
trusted Mr*** and wanted to help him expand his business by becoming one of our subcontractors we agreedMr*** completed all the work to Mr***'s satisfaction and we were paid in full for the contracted workApparently, from the description on the lodged complaint, Mr*** made a secondary contract for the driveway with Mr*** directlyThe concrete work on the driveway is not our responsibility since Mr*** did not include us in this arrangementI would also like to point out that Mr***'s father in law made the trade for the car directly with Mr*** and once again Dorsey's Unlimited Construction has absolutely no involvement with this transaction As for the other accusations of leaks and the siding pulling away from the house, we have sent our crews out to complete these repairs and Mr*** has not been satisfiedWe have every intention of returning and trying to make Mr*** happy but due to weather and scheduling constraints we have been delayedWe contacted Mr*** on October 29th, to keep him informed of our schedule and our estimated time of arrival.Dorsey's Unlimited Construction always strives to treat our customers with respect and provide the best customer service we possibly canUnfortunately, we cannot warranty any aspect of the job that was not directly contracted with usWe would still like to be able to make the repairs to Mr***'s property as long as the repairs fall under our original scope of workI will have our production department contact him for scheduling

We still have not had anyone come out to look at this problem

We have been in contact with Mr*** regarding the inclement weatherWe are unable to perform the work while it is raining and the ground is wetWe have ordered his material and are waiting on it's deliveryAs soon as the material is delivered, we will have our crew out to install itThere is no reason to have our crew on site, if there is no material to complete the workWe have repeatedly apologized for the delays and explained that it is beyond our controlWe are working diligently to resolve this matterWe understand that home repair is stressful for our clients and we work hard to minimize the stress, however there are instances when delays can not be helpedIt is our sincere hope that Mr*** would take all aspects into consideration
