Please read all complaints about this business on Yelp. I, for one, went through a horrible experience with management over a hand written compensation book that she has for purposes that two girls DON'T get the same dresses for the same event! When I called to file a complaint about it she assumed I was calling to request for a refund and then dares to throw her degree and "high education" into the arguement...UNNECESSARY! It obviously shows where her education level is at if she got offensive and made an accusation of a refund WHEN THAT CLEARLY wasn't the case.
When you do find a dress (that's off the rack, USED) they'll ask you if you want that one for the full cost. If you ask for cleaning the answer is hesitant. We were offered a new one and later received a call that the dress won't be available until June so we could either get a refund or go with a new similar dress they had. AND we went with the new dress that WAS cheaper and much prettier than the first. So to tell her customers that a book she has is to make sure that another girl DOES NOT have the same dress as my daughter ...ONLY to find out someone just last week bought the same dress!! My daughter's dress was bought a month ago!
Do's manager/owner has the worse customer service! No thank you for your education level information because it was useless to the service you provided!
