Hello Ms. [redacted].My original response was to address the complaint noted as the reason for your contacting the Revdex.com, advertising issue. However, I do apologize for the issues with your service. We had staffed for the holiday based on the crowd history from previous years and were not anticipating the rush upon opening. I am very sorry that you and your party were caught in the cross fire. If I could, I would like to send you a couple $25 gift cards to the address listed in your complaint and hope that you will give us another try. Please let me know, and please also let me know if that is an acceptable address to send the mail.Thank you.

Ms. [redacted], I am responding to address your claim of advertising issues. As stated on our website, specials are not offered during special events or holidays. Being a Mexican Cantina, Cinco de Mayo falls under one or both of those categories. However, it would appear that your party received a...

discount of $4.00 on the 4 tacos that were ordered anyway. I am not sure what drink specials you feel were honored as the Bud Lights that your party ordered are always $3.50.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I Truly appreciate the response. I felt this would be something you wouldn’t even read, or Cared to respond. Frankly the $$ value wasn’t my main concern. Cause i can understand your response about the Holidays exceptions. However Let me specify further in regards the $4 discount. The Menu was advertising the Street tacos at $3 for 2 and my party was rung up $4 for 2. So it wasn’t a Courtesy discount that was being applied. As for the Bud Lights. We settled for them. We asked for Coronas usually $3-$3.50 he was charging $5-$5.25 a Piece. But the Pricing Was the Least of my Concerns at the end of the day. My issues are with the Lack of staffing, The lack in customer care. And the Lack of Hospitality. Im in a Customer Service industry now. And Have been for some time. And when I was understaffed, or I knew that the service I wasn’t providing wasn’t satisfiable, I would not only apologize but would make as many attempts to correct the wrong doings. making an effort would have been Nice.. I REPEAT, not one apology from the Manger as he was our server. and if I can’t get the service needed from the person training and hiring the Staff, how can even your company trust that the business is in good hands. I wasn’t the only customer seeking help. several times other parties were getting up to get their own drinks at the bar. People impatiently waiting for the checks as I was. I Took one bite of my Quesadilla, and had to bring it back to work. My party and I ended up bringing our food back to work in boxes. I can imagine you understanding how NASTY SOGGY nachos taste, or how hard is to eat a hard old Quesadilla. I hope this can give you a better understanding of my experience.
