I am rejecting this response because:There was no written life contract website service signed by either my self or *** that will allow *** *** to remain foreverSecondly *** *** had struck down the website because he had not received $for service fee even though he was asked to give up service
*** *** you are yet to tell the American people your position in *** *** *** business and why you don't want to give up the bad job you are doing on the *** *** *** website that had been stopping me from making a living for many years ago.My request is short and simple and keep asking for the login credentials for *** *** *** website because your service is no longer needed.I have severally confronted you about the changes you made on the website with out my knowledge through emails and phone calls and your responses during those times are on my file.please do not act like you are ignorant of what was going on because you are the problem.I will never write to tell you any thing because you have had a lot of my emails and phone calls and each of the says release the login credentials of the website and then leave.We are not owing you for building the website and servicing it from till today or if you want to turn arround and say the website is your private property then tell the world what is in your mind about the website and they are ready to hear from you.we hired you to render a service to us and I discovered that you're not doing a good job and I asked you to leave and you said no because you are happy doing things that are not moving the company forward and expect to get paid $when others can do the right thing and charge less.This is the first in my life time on earth that you hired some one to work for you and your are paying him and when you discovered a monkey style in the job he is doing for you and you want to let him go and he turn arround and said no to you.we are still in taxi business on individual basis and we need the website and please do not struck that website down simply because you are not getting $that will enable you to buy gun to shoot me.Do not say it is your company policy that we should send a written and signed letter before you can respond to my request and I felt that was unfounded and a kind of delay tactics which will not help in any way

Review: Ripoffs and economic sarbortage.[redacted] built a taxi website for me and his nephew [redacted] in 2010 and the dormain name of the website is [redacted] and he was paid $740.00 for that and additional $100.00 for the yearly hosting and maintainance of the web site should there be any problems to fix on the website.In 2011 he doubled the annual service fee to $200.00 and I called him on the phone and said to him that I am not paying you that much that other taxi company owners were paying between $99.00-$100.00 for the hosting of their websites.Later I unwillingly paid my own share of $100.00 to him and his nephew,[redacted] also paid his own share of $100.00 to make it up the $200.00 **.[redacted] was demanding for the hosting of the website for the year 3011.Then I told him to give me the login informations for the website so that I will give to the next guy who was ready to take $100.00 for the hosting and servicing of the website for one year and he said no and I can take him to any where.The next things he did was to add his nephew's personal cell phone number on our taxi website with out letting me know about it and the phone number is ###-###-####.As it is on the website his nephew's number is the only known phone number for the taxi business and customers calls him direct instead of the company.Secondly only him and his nephew have access to our online customers because [redacted] constantly changes the password to open and see reservations customers made online.I am not making money from the website because of the foul plays from [redacted] and his nephew who is my business partner.Desired Settlement: I only want [redacted] to give me the login informations of the website so that I will give to the next man that will charge $100.00 to host and service the website.Secondly he will destroy my credit card information he had on file.Thirdly he will refund me $300.00 I paid in excess and $600.00 for the website we are using which he shot down because he said was not giving us business($900.00 total).That was a scam to get money from me and to deprive me from making money from my taxi website.
