Dear Revdex.comI am the owner of the company DoShoppingUSA, LLC*** *** was a client of my company for more than a yearSome time ago I refused to work with him since I began to notice fraudulent actions from his sideAfter that, he got angry and began to behave horribly
This customer's actions hurt my business plus he harassing me as owner, my employees and my family on social network.Regarding his complaint, I attached proof printed from his account on my websiteHe says that he paid money for custom feeThis is not true! We do not offer such serviceDoShoppingUSA, LLC is mail forwarding and shipping companyMy company offers: packing, repacking, shipping worldwide, US address, postal supplies, shipping supplies, personal shopper and etcThe customer is responsible for custom dutyHe has paid only for packing and postal service priceI want to clarify once again that only the client himself is responsible for the custom duty.And also I want to say that my company doesn't have any partners! (especially in Ukraine)
