I am completely disgusted and amazed in how this person can sit there and write such nonsense and inaccurate information about me and the situation at hand! I am the most honest and helpful person when it comes to helping my customers get what they want, especially when they have the worst files and little to work withI explained numerous times on the phone and emails the process of printing and the importance of a good file for good printingJust because someone has a picture on a disc doesn't mean they have a good file! In the emails and on the phone I explained very clearly and thouroughly that the file that I was given wouldn't work as a full color print and print goodI have my office helper as a witness who was there and witnessing the whole thing the whole timeI specifically explained that I could make it work as a one colorThis statement is in the emails I have submitted in my response with Revdex.comAs for approving the shirt color!the proof that she approved the black tees is in invoice that I also have attached with Revdex.com I did everything I was asked to do and what I explained I was doing and what I was approved to doIts all in the emails and invoiceNow how am I the lair? When [redacted] picked up the shirts she said they looked great and thank you for helping her outAs for getting my kids!Thats no ones business but mine and I completly despise anyone putting my kids in business between me and the customerWhat kind of person does that? I have there school sign in sheets if need to go that far I went out of my way with my time,money and help to try and give this person there product and this is the reaction I getWhats wrong with people now days? She claims she has all this proof in emails and what not? I dont see anything but information

from the begining I explained that the artwork was extremely poor and could not be printed as a full color designI did this repeatedly over the phone and through emailsAfter being approved for the artwork I printed up all the shirts and they looked greatEspecially for an image that I was given that was poor in resolution I also have the receipt from my vendors with the totals of shirts that were ordered and delivered, all the white tee were there when they left my shopWhat happens to them when they leave is out of my hands [redacted] approved black shirts and the quantity from the invoice I sent overWhen she showed up at my shop to get them she realized that there suppose to be whiteI showed her the invoice she approved and told her I could still help her out but shse would have to pay for the tee onlySO this is at the very last second that anyone's open and I have one screen left and I have to get my little girls and get her new order of shirts ready on time in time for her event! Through the whole process I was very professional and helpful and was given the go ahead on the whole processThis is what I get for bending over backwards to help people out!

Due to the November windstorm I needed a complete tear off and roof replacementAfter having several issues; they said that they finished the job and requested final paymentI paid off the balance on October 9th, My roof started leaking on October 15thI contacted the contractor and they sent someone over to cover it with plastic finally days laterOn October 23rd, Curt stated he would be in town in a week and fix the leakNovember 13th, I sent a text asking when it would be finished and I have called with no responseWith the rain coming, I can not count on the plastic to last

I do not accept the response that has been made by this business. First of all he is not being honest about the issue. The artwork that he is speaking of was a picture as well as a CD. He told me that he would try to get the colors on a white tee. I asked him if he needed another picture and he stated "NO", I can make this work. I never approved black shirts. Why would I approve black tees when my daughter's school colors are white, blue and silver. He even had a picture that I gave him of my design and the mascot. This is very disappointing that [redacted] is not being honest. I have every one of the emails where we were communicating throughout this process. He never did anything that he said he would do. The shirts were a mess and they looked awful. Even in his response he's stating he had to get his two little girls, this is not true they were always at the shop when I went there. That is beside the point. I just would like for [redacted] to admit that he made a mistake and take responsibility for his mistake. Not only did he mess up my order he did so on a referral that I sent him and he did refuse to the responsibility for this. The only reason he did the white shirts for me is because he knew he had made a mistake. I told him you remember the picture of the design I emailed you was on a white tee. Even the dates that he said he would have the tee for me to review on May 9th never happened. When he sent the so called invoice to me on May 21st, this is the only thing I had to go by in this email and the graduation was the next day. He didn't deliver the shirts when he said he would, not the day of the graduation. He is not a person of his word at all. Like I stated before I can send all of the conversations that we had by email and you will see that he is not being honest.

I have never done business with this person and they clearly have there information wrong and inaccurate. Please provide your correct info and your proof of invoice.
