Review: This is place is so rude. The workers messed up my car and would not have it fixed. The driver didn't care for me or my property. I have used them a couple times one of them has lots of tattoos and I was worried for my life.Desired Settlement: Business to be shut down.
I would like something done about this company.

We are truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the customer service that our employees offer. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service while maintaining exceptional vigilant care of the vehicle we are transporting/providing service for. Although this is the first complaint we have received about an incident within our company, we are taking your concerns very seriously and would like to do further research into the allegations you addressed with the Revdex.com. We provide each customer a receipt with their transactions and have each customer’s name on file that we provide service for. Deplorably, we do not have a receipt with your name or any form of incident regarding property damage. Would you be able to provide a copy of the receipts that our driver would have given you? If you do not have the copy, can you please address what motor club you are affiliated with, or an insurance company as they would have record? If you are not a member and contacted Doss Towing personally, can you please provide dates and a phone number you contacted the company with so we can research the call logs to further verify what employee you were engaged with and the timing of the service that we provided to you. I am deeply sorry that you were offended by the employee with tattoos; however, we do not discriminate against a potential candidate at Doss Towing. This includes tattoos, piercing, etc. All of our employees wear uniforms and the employees with tattoos present all wear long sleeve uniforms. If there is another issue beyond the employee’s corporal appearance which made you feel worried for your life, please inform us of this manifestation. Again, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the customer service experiences, since you state you had your vehicle towed on several occasions.
