malware issue. His account was unsuspended on May 17, 2015. On May 19, 2015, we noticed the malware files were still present on the account so we had to suspend his account again. It would appear the customer is changing web hosts and we canceled his account on 5/24/2015 at his request. We've reached out to him several times to follow-up on this complaint but have not heard back. As a gesture of goodwill, we have granted the customer a refund of $47.08.
