Review: I placed an order for a helmet on Friday [redacted]January, 2014 I received an Order Confirmation email the same day. The money left my account on January [redacted]. Since then there has been No contact from the company. When I check the order status using their website it says "processing." It is Now Febuary [redacted]and the order is still "processing." I have left several messages through the contact number on their web site, as well as emails. The company has never responded.Desired Settlement: Since this is probably a scam website, I have given up on believing that I will ever receive the helmet from the company. If there is a way to receive a refund for the amount that was taken from me that would be great. I do think something should be done about getting the site taken down so that other people don't get ripped off.
Review: I ordered a helmet and a few other things on December [redacted], 2014. I have yet to receive the product. When I log into the site to view my order it states that its still processing. I have called and emailed several times with no respons. No one answers the phones or emails you back. I'm afraid that it may not be company?Desired Settlement: Would love to have my order.

Review: On 10/*/13 I ordered a helmet online from DOT Motorcylce Helmets. That same day I received a confirmation of the order and on 10/*/13 the money was taken from my account in the amount of $59.94. As of today, 10/**/13 I have not received the helmet. I have left them at least three voice mail messages and sent out aproxamately four emails and to date no one has contacted me back via phone or email.Desired Settlement: I feel that this company should reimburse me for the total amount debited from my account for a product that was not only never delivered but for customer service that has not bothered to respond to my complaints/questions.
