Review: I use dotcomstep.com for my register of my url name. I own [redacted]. They sent me a notice that I need to renew the url name. I have been trying to contact them for over a week and the phone number has been busy 24x7. The number is [redacted]. Their website states 24x7x365 support. Which in itself is a LIE. I have also been sending them 4 or 5 emails a day for the last 5 days with no response as well. The email address is [redacted]. Now my url is down because I was unable to get them to respond - so I have no email or website up now. I need this resolved ASAP because this is my business email and business website. The do not give any address information on their website as well. It is all blank.Desired Settlement: I would like for my business email and business website to be back up and running. I don't have a problem paying them the $9.49 for 1 year. But I can get in touch with anyone by phone or email. They do not have any support apparently. How can they advertise that? Are they still in business?
