Traded Vehicles on 4/4/2016. On 4/6/2016, I requested that the GAP insurance be removed. 5/25/ it has not been removed. $800 dollars is stacked onto total package costs. The company has been rude, refusing to remove this from the cost of the vehicle, and has not been taken off as of 5/25/2016. Vehicle trade occurred on 4/4/2016. GAP insurance was requested to be taken off on 4/6/2016. My total payment is 200 more than prior payment. What is the cause of this delay? The funding of this vehicle was not done until the 20th of April, I asked questions. The company has purposely taken their time to get higher funds on the payment side of the transaction. They have been rude and now indicates that it will take another 4 to 6 weeks. This is not acceptable and I want it to be cleared up as of the 6th of April. This is unfair business practice and I no longer support KIA of Dothan.

Dothan Kia sold my year old dad a vehicle at inflated cost and high interest rate
On Friday, 9/16/16, Dothan Kia sold *** my year old dad, a Kia Sorento for up to $10,above its value and financed it at an interest rate of 12.29% for five years I believe the tactics used by the dealership are unscrupulous, deceptive and highly questionable, and that the sales staff took advantage of an elderly man My dad brought his Kia Sportage in for a oil change but had a mailer they had sent saying they would give him a large sum for his vehicle When he get's mailings at home he believes them The sales price of the Kia Sorento was $23, CarMax values a comparable Sorento at $13, NADA has an average RETAIL price of $16,000, which means my dad was overcharged between $7,and $10, After accepting his Kia Sportage as a trade-in, the dealership also asked my dad to put $5,down in cash, which he did The dealership wrote out his check for
