Company has ceased communication and failed to provide service with no advanced notification.[redacted] is a web designing and hosting company. They are paid quarterly and each time changes to the site are made. Six months ago, they became sloppy in their response to web change requests and in their actual eventual making of changes. By November of 2013, they ceased to respond to any form of communication whether via email or telephone or through their website. They were not at their office site at [redacted], Auburn MA, when visited Jan 31, 2014. Their landlord states they have not paid rent and also been non communicative and is seeking to evict them. I requested that [redacted] turn over program capability (GIFS) to access my website in order to recreate it and not have to start from scratch with another web designing company. This would greatly reduce time and cost incurred to do so, which was initially paid to [redacted]. They have not responded.Desired SettlementAs stated above, I would like the business to turn over any technical programming capabilities that will enable me to be able to continue to manage my existing website without having to pay another company to recreate a new website from scratch.
