Review: A sensitive piece of medical equipment was not properly packaged and was not labeled properly as delicate. It arrived broken. the seller said I should get it fixed locally. I found no options to do that and mailed the item beck to him. he refused to receive the shipment.Desired Settlement: I have already notified my bank of issue.
