Let me just say that it involves health because I developed high anxiety working with them.

I LOST a lot of Money with Dots Spaces - I had paid for a professional telephone answering services for the whole year in advance. A number was provided by Dots Spaces and this number was then placed on our website, business cards and promo cards.

The company initially kept my card on file despite that I had paid the whole year in advance and kept charging me every month and every month I had to write to them inquiring that why they were charging me, then go through the refund process until one day I had had enough, I shouldn't have had to deal with this sort of thing. By this time it was already halfway through the year so they removed my card but failed to pay for the line that they had already charged me for, thus the line got disconnected. I was then promised by *** (***) that the phone number will be recovered as I had already printed it on very expensive promo cards and business cards which was impossible for me to repeat! It is evident from the photos that by July they still have no clue that this account is all paid for!

Moving on I felt reassured by *** as he called stating that he had got that exact number back and promised that he would take care of that account personally from then on so that this doesn't happen again. I then went on to promote and market the business, however by December I started to think that something was wrong and that why I didn't even have one inquiry despite all the marketing so I called the number and it was disconnected again, I think I was having a heart attack at the time from the shock. I called in again and this time discovered that they had not managed to get the original number that they had given me so they got a different number and didn't even bother to tell me!!!!

I wrote to *** many times requesting of him to take responsibility for the damages he has caused me and truly only asked for a small portion of what I had lost, enough so that I could recover from all the losses but I never got any response of any kind, not even a simple apology!

Desired Outcome

Repair I would him to take responsibility and make amends for at least a part of the damages that he has caused me, he has the financial ability to do so and it's not right to destroy someone as such as just walk away. I hope that there are still laws that will protect and defend me. I am a single woman, who is a student with a startup. I also have disabilities and health issues.

I did my best to help ***. I took personal time to share some of my experience as an entrepreneur. Initially, her credit card was declined on the *** website, a 3rd party phone custom number ordering system, so her phone numbers were lost. I had the numberbarn account transferred to my email address because she had failed to update the credit card info, but by then it was too late. We provided the mail services (995/yr) from our luxury canon property. We did recover reports for how many calls were made. 11 total, in 6 months. she was given the numbers to return. I do not believe *** was impacted very much. I hope that she bounces back from her current position, and I wish her the best.
