to resolve my complaint with this company it cost me almost $to replace the items that were stolen from my carThe reason I said his license should be pulled is because he has done this in the past to other consumers.google the company complaintsThey deliberately closed there doors to
charge others for storage, and additional fees.they are thiefs and should not be recognized by the Nys to be available for towing.I think that would satisfy me and the rest of ny if there licenses were pulledThat's why I recommend that.$reimbursement for my stolen property would be sufficient
Joe called to respond and stated: Regarding remote starter: Vehicle owner's insurance co took possession of t he car at their storage facility where they allow consumers to claim personal belongings and take things such as radios etcPeople are not allowed to work on their cars at my property
due to my insurance policyIf he has an issue with his remote starter, he can contact his insurance company and take care of it through themThey have the car
Joe responded and stated: Car was not registered and insured in the person's name who was trying to retrieve his personal belongingsThat was the reason he was denied entryThere is no retrieving of personal belongings after 4pm in the afternoon, which is our business hours. The next day they had the car towed to their body shopI have never received any complaint nor have I been notified from the Colony Police Deptof any complaint
