Doty Sanitation Service

I have tried to contact Doty about the driversNo reply I complained at the place where I go to pay my billThen I received a letter saying that its my fault
I have took pictures every time
Cans knocked over with trash still in themand they left them
2, Cans knocked over even being emptyI have seen them do this
3, Cans being dragged about 50-feet away from where they was initially left at(which was in the proper place)
This is unacceptable, If I had a choice I would not use their service at all!

Worst experience ever, incompetent people working here, numerous complaints, very poor customer satisfaction It is very rare to get in contact with someone from DotyI can't even submit a complaint from there website, I get this as a reason, "Failed to send your messagePlease try later or contact the administrator by another method." There is no other method, perhaps a phone number that nobody answers, an email address that nobody reads or replies I have to call them every other week to come back and pick up my trash because they skipped it again This will only happen if I talk to a real person
