This is a lie. Customer was approved and chose not to do deal. We gave customer back his money in cash and had him sign a refund receipt even though he signed a non-refundable one. I uploaded the 2 receipts. Thank you[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I do not believe the seller was forthcoming with detremental information regarding the vehicle. The first time the oil was changed, which hadn't been changed and the seller said it was just changed by a Chevrolet dealership, the oil plug was not even for the year of my vehicle. I believe the truck was sold under false pretenses.
