Review: AA RENTALS.WAS INFORMED THAT MY WASHER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.BEFORE MY WARRANTY RAN OUT.CAME AND LOOKED AT THE WASHER AND SAID THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO BECAUSE MY WARRANTY HAS RAN OUT. ONE BIG LIEDesired Settlement: REPLACE MY WASHER

Ms. [redacted] paid off her washer on March 27, 2014. At no additional charge we provide all customers with a 60 day warranty from date of payout. We provide this additional protection to prevent customers from having a problem with the merchandise immediately upon paying it off. By offering all customers an additional 60 days of protection at no additional charge, a benefit many competitors do not offer,we must draw the line somewhere and that line is at 60 days. Ms. [redacted]'s additional 60 day warranty would end on May 27, 2014. The unit she rented was new as she was the first and only customer to rent it.
We received a service call from Ms. [redacted] on June 2, 2014. Although out of our extended warranty period we scheduled a service call for her that same day at 5 pm as she was a good customer and we told her we would do the service call as a courtesy at no charge. Our service representative checked her connections as well as ran the unit through all of its cycles to verify that the washer was working properly. Ms [redacted] was at her residence when this service call was performed and she was aware that no problem was found. This was the last time we dealt with Ms. [redacted].
Future dealings with this account involved an adult male who wanted us to bring out another washer instead of repairing the one she purchased. Once he was informed that we could not exchange washers he got very upset and threatened to call the local television stations and said he would come down to the store to settle this. We informed him that the account did not involve him and asked him to let Ms. [redacted] handle the situation. This last incident with the unknown adult male on Ms. [redacted]'s washer situation occurred on June 17th,2014 and the next contact was the letter from the Revdex.com.
