I am a manger at Double Apple Auto salesThe customer first came to our establishment on April 24th She
came with her family to test drive the vehicle and to look at it for herThey were gone for about minutesWe don't put any restrictions on letting our customers take their vehicle where ever they want to let someone take a look at itShe returned the car and said she would be back to purchaseShe returned on April 27th to purchase the car we did all the paper work I informed her multiple times the vehicle is as is and she is more than welcomed to have a mechanic look at itShe purchased and left with the vehicle then returned about hours laterShe was very upset and told us she needed her money backWe informed her we would not and asked what was wrong with the vehicleShe proceeded to tell us and gave us a listThe things is the items on this list are service parts wear and tareWe sell used cars maintenance may be requiredShe kept insisting she just wanted her money and she was going to sueWe tried to calm her down and just resolve the issueShe contentiously kept calling and harassing wanting her money back so we told her to stop calling or we would get the police involvedWe sell used vehicles things are not in perfect condition.If she would have been more respectful we might have handled the situation differently

that's totally fine I took them the small claims court and won my trail .that's the worst company ever poor customer service I'll be telling everybody I know about your companythey need to be closed out of business
