This letter is in regards to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] We at Double Bee pride ourselves in our product and our service after the saleAt times our customers confuse the lifetime material warrantyThis warranty (which I have attached with this letter) covers rot and termite infestation, none of which has occurredDouble Bee Fence has gone above and beyond in trying to make sure the customer's complaints have been answeredOn the following dates, we dispatched a crew to try and help, at no charge: On 6-13-2013, we constructed a fence located at [redacted] We returned on 6-16-and replaced the gate latch that had been bent due to the gate slamming shutOn 9-16-2015, we replaced the entire gate to try to satisfy the customers concernsOn 10-27-2015, we replaced one board that had minor warpageOn 3-16-­16, we again stopped by to re-foot a post, and again on 4-15-to service concerns of the customerOf all of these issues, none fell under the Manufacturer's Warranty, most were caused by wind damageIn closing, I feel we at Double Bee Fence have gone the extra mile to assure the customer's satisfactionAny future maintenance calls, unless it is a warranty issue, will be charged at our repair rate.Very truly yours, Bill [redacted]

infestation, none of which has occurred. Double Bee Fence has gone above and beyond in trying to make sure the customer's complaints have been answered. Of all of these issues, none fell under the Manufacturer's Warranty, most were caused by wind damage. In closing, I feel we at Double Bee Fence have gone the extra mile to assure the customer's satisfaction. Any future maintenance calls, unless it is a warranty issue, will be charged at our normal repair rate.Very truly yours,

The warranty she is referring to is a manufactures warranty"see attached" which states coverage due decay or insects. It does not cover any warp age that might take place....

I am unaware of wood product that offers such a warranty.
That being said Double Bee has made at least four trips to the customer's residence In good faith just to promote goodwill. The dates are as follows, 3/21/2011 replaced four Boards, 8/26/2011 replaced seven boards, 3/26/2015 two boards, 10/2/13 gate repair. As you can see Double Bee has tried to satisfy Ms. [redacted] but to no avail.
Double Bee offers a one year workmanship on all of our jobs, as you can see all of the returns were after that date. Our normal show up rate is $150.00 per trip which includes the travel and the first hour labor. Ms. [redacted] was never billed for any of the trips.
