RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I am Robert D [redacted] and did prepare Mr [redacted] 's tax returnWith all the information that was given to meon the day of our meeting, I prepared an ethically correct tax returnThe [redacted] 's on hearing that theowed money, decided to wait to pay me and sign the return so that they can research any new expensesthat might have been overlooked on their partA month later, Mr [redacted] did return to pay for thereturn.Then, on the second week of April, Mr [redacted] angrily called our office and demanded a return of his feebecause H&R Block has him getting a refundI asked him to provide me with a copy of the new taxreturn so that I can compare the differencesHe refused, saying that it was my responsibility to knowthe difference in the first placeIf I am not to know what they changed in the return, how I am to knowthat I was at fault.He called several times, making threats and being verbally abusive to the ladies that work here in theofficeIt got to a point where I told them not to answer when his number shows on the IDIt created aseverely stressful work environmentOur receptionist was afraid that he would show up at the officeunannounced.If it was a mistake on my part, I would ask Mr [redacted] to show me the mistakeHe has refused thisrepeatedlyIf it was a case of additional expenses that he has added to the return, I have included ourEngagement Letter that spells out that it is his responsibility to provide all accurate information at thetime of serviceYou can see where Mr [redacted] initialed that section and singed the letter.I would be more than happy to examine the new returnIf it is truly a mistake on my part, then I willrefund Mr [redacted] his preparation feeIf it is not, then I ask Mr [redacted] to never contact my office again Robert D***
