They added [redacted] dollars on to my loan by doing the paperwork as an [redacted] (its not) and charging me full price for a brand new when this is a second hand vehicle with km on itAlso had to take this in to the shop weeks after owning itI asked more questions and they stopped responding to meI dont want the broken ford that I only had monthsMy insurance went up as well cause they liedSomething has to be done about this

Sorry for just getting back to you regarding this complaint. Having now received your second letter I don't want it to drag on any longer. My delay so far was that I was trying to wait to receive my August month end billing from [redacted] to...

verify if we had indeed run 2 credit checks on the customer.

If our company did run 2 checks it would only have been in error as we are billed for each inquiry so we do try to minimize the number of enquiries we make. We would not receive any different information on a subsequent inquiry so there would be no reason to request it. I can only assume that 2 different salespeople were working on [redacted]'s file and didn't realize the overlap.

I have spoken to [redacted] and they have assured me they will be able to suppress one of the inquiries so that it will have no effect on [redacted]'s credit.

My apologies to [redacted] for having caused her this concern and having dealt with her on the phone in a manner that was unacceptable to her.

They are Lying. I am far from happy with my "purchases". I want a fair deal and yes my only option they gave is to take back the broken vehicle that they first sold me?They for sure had already sent in the paperwork before the confrontation. I have the text msgs from this business who put me down and said talking to me is like talking to a 7 year old cause I just dont understand. When asked about the transaction they answered "you just didnt ask the right questions! They added [redacted] dollars on to my loan by doing the paperwork as an ** (its not) and charging me full price for a brand new when this is a second hand vehicle with 52000 km on it. Also had to take this in to the shop 2 weeks after owning it. I asked more questions and they stopped responding to me. I dont want the broken ford that I only had 10 months. My insurance went up as well cause they lied. Something has to be done about this.
