At the time it was understood by us that he wanted to only fill the distance and he picked them up several days later. It wasn't until 10/**/16 that he claimed he couldn't read out of them. them to near only @ no charge, but his wife talked him into trying progessive multifocal lenses @ an extra charge. He left briefly to use an ATM, but when he returned without a deposit(claiming trouble w/ATM) and a bit irate, he shoved the glasses towards our employee and left.2 days later we explained to his insurance company what happened and even offered to apply his payment(originally for frame upgrade) towards the progessive lens cost, but we could not refund any money. They seemingly understood our side and attempted to explain that to [redacted]. That was the last we heard from either party. Thank you.
