Hello Miss WilliamsWe been in business for three generations....have thousands of customers .This customer was completely out of hand using bad bad words....we gave the customer all there money back including shipping back they lost nothing ...we lost in shipping chargesWe just refuse to be
treated in that manner....demanding , bad words and black mailing.I have the complete conversation on tape.If you need any more information please let us know
