Double D Towing

What's funny is that he asked me what I wanted, I asked for the $tow fee to be taken off because it wasn't there the hoursHe actually said to me what do you want me to do pay for your timeMy response was of course not I'm asking for the storage fee of $backHe said he would think about it and call me back which was yet another lie he hasn't contacted me back, I called him back and left a voicemail and still nothing backThe response back was a lie and the "manager" knows it is Regards, [redacted]

After getting a flat tire, we contacted our InsCompany for road-side assistance As we pay for road-side assistance via our InsCo., they contacted Double D Towing in Leesburg, VA Once they contacted Double D Towing, we received a text that they would be there in about hours Finally when they came, the Tow guy said he did not know how to tow the car because the front end was low, so he contacted his boss Josh Josh then called me and said they would have to charge a towing fee of dollars and dollars per mile for the tow (which is supposed to cost dollars) While I was on the phone with him, the other tow guy just took off leaving us there I contacted my Inscompany again and told them what happened They tried to work something out with Double D and they were not successful Next, my insurance agent contacted R*** Wreck services R*** came in minutes and towed the car at no charge per my InspolicyDouble D Towing should have been able to tow the car at no charge

We towed the car at the request of the policeThe car was abandoned on the side of the road with a flat tireWe towed the car back to our impound yardThe owner of the car was out of town at the *** baseball game and could not come to get her carI explained the process of having someone else
pick it upI didn't charge any after hour release feesThe owner called a couple of days later and told me that my charges was to much and that she wanted me to pay for her $ tireShe stated that her uncle ran a tow company and that he said we cant charge what we doI explained that the fees were posted on the wall at the office and different companies have different fee schedules and contractsI wasn't rude maybe sarcastic because she wanted me to pay for her tireAgain I know it seems like a lot of money because she had to replace her tire but again we didn't abandon her car on the side of the road or bust her tire

Again I have tried to call the claimant. But apparently she doesn't understand that contracts differ from company to company. I am in the right on this but if she wants to split this difference I will be happy to refund $25.00 to her.

Again, the manager is LYING!!! What's funny is that he asked me what I wanted, I asked for the $50 tow fee to be taken off because it wasn't there the 24 hours. He actually said to me what do you want me to do pay for your time. My response was of course not I'm asking for the storage fee of $50 back. He said he would think about it and call me back which was yet another lie he hasn't contacted me back, I called him back and left a voicemail and still nothing back. The response back was a lie and the "manager" knows it is.
