These is steal from vendors and sell there product for profit! Don't do business with these low lives, you may be purchasing stolen items!

Review: I was sold a fake item when told it was an authentic item. The owner refuses to address and correct the issue but instead harasses me by insulting and cursing at my on his [redacted] business page.Desired Settlement: I would like a 20 dollar refund or this issue addressed.

When the purchase was made Mr. [redacted] new who the manufacturer was of the item he purchased even tho the item had a different name on it he purchased the item any way. When the sale was rung up on the register he didn't have enough money to pay for the item and was still allowed to get the Item. He never came back to the store with the Item and receipt within 30 days to exchange or ask for refund, instead he decided to post bad reviews on [redacted] and [redacted], and also had his father and friends leave reviews and have never shopped in the store. I do sell clones and authentic as well. There will be no refund or exchange because item was not taken into the store within 30 days. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Double D Vapors did not address the facts of what happened. He told me the device was authentic when it was not. He said I did not have enough money which was not true. He said the device was 25 dollars, I asked if he would take 20 for it and he said yes. I was not able to make it to his store because I was not in the local area after the purchase and I still am not, however when I did call and message him regarding this, he harassed and insulted me. My dad was with me when I made the purchases, and he heard him say that the device was authentic.If you read the comments on his [redacted] page you can see how unprofessional and insulting he was at me.
