Double E Roofing

I paid almost $10,and should not have to pay for repairs of a new roof The business wants me to pay more and that is unfair The owner claims someone used his business licenses If that was the case, how did he know who was the person that did my home and why did he not notify me when he saw someone using his licenses? Now the owner claims he does not have record of my roof yet I provided a copy of the actual check from my insurance company and it was cashed by Double E Roofing

OK I am going to try this again I just did all this and got an error and it erased it , first of all I have no contract with these people I have no checks from them or their insurance company going into my accounts and I have never met them, Second of all when [redacted] called me back after I left her three messages she told me she was glad to have me come out that she was not vindictive she just needed a roof fixed and that the insurance paid her $and the reason they paid is because it's due to wind damage, upon inspecting the roof I found just the overhang on the second story was ripped up from a gust of wind, The roofer that did the roof use short nails so they would not penetrate the overhang just like any roofing company would do, After looking at the roof I told them that I could repair it for $she said she would have her husband called meHe then called me said some roofers told him that the whole job was done wrong that they use short nails I believe they only use short nails on the overhang like anyone else, second of all no roofing companies going to warranty against wind damage and third The company that was telling them they need a new roof is just trying to sell them a new roof, he then went on to inform me that I should replace the entire roof which I am not responsible for because I'm not the one that did it, [redacted] then sent me a text the same night wanting to know how much so she could get a money order made for me to do the repair I responded back to her with the price and she never got back to me Bottom line This is not due to workmanship it is due to a gust of wind

I recognized the name she gave me because I had another customer call in the past asking questions, I did not inform her because I had no idea there was more than one, her roof may be new but I did not do it and can prove with bank records that I did not get a check from herBottom line her roof damage is caused from a high burst of wind on the second story not from the shingle just flipping up on there own, I am not fixing a roof from wind damage nor one that I didn't do in the first placeI sent her text messages offering to show my bank records but got no response, it's storm damage on a roof I did not do and not going to fix, her insurance paid them money to fix the wind damage they need to call someone else

They gave that to a different double e roofing who is no longer in the state,  That check did not run through my account ,but again I am going to state that their damage is from a micro burst of wind not how that company installed the roofSent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
