Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:e Sincerely, dear Revdex.com Larsen music is lying I have been in that store several times to talk to mr Mr ***He kept giving me the run aroundtelling me that he would send someone out here to look at my pianoHe also gave me the repairmans phone number and when I called the repairman he never answered the phoneand when I left a message he never called me backI promise on Gods holy word that I did not put anything elze on my piano that would cause it to look that wayI take care of my things very well.? She bought the piano in 2015.? She didn't pay $3500, she paid $2900.? It took her two and a half years to tell us she had a problem.? The only way the piano would do what it's doing is if she used oil or and you are not supposed to use that on it.? I told her if it was the fault of the piano finish, I can send a tech out.? After the first of the year, I plan to take a camera crew and take video and take tests.? If we determine that there is something wrong with the chemical, we would be more than happy to help her with the issue.? We gave her the finish cleaner for free when she purchased the piano and that's what she should only use on the piano.? I believe she used something else.? The manufacturer said to check if she is using an air freshener or some chemical that could cause the issue.?
