My name is [redacted] I am the owner of Double G Furniture in Orland, CA 95963.The reason to answer complaint # [redacted] is in the following mannerThe person with the name of [redacted] had a purchase with us on the day of 11/21/that consisted of one pcdining table and one tv stand in the amount of dollarsAs it results, this person complains about the quality of the table weeks after the purchaseAs a result we decided to replace the table with another one of the same model and quality with the involved consumer consentFour weeks after the first exchange this person contacts us once again letting us know that the table was damagedOnce again we offered to do the honest thing and decided to exchange the tableThe consumer initially accepted our offer but then declined stating they wanted the whole pcset exchangedI opted not to follow the word games because of the long time that had passed and on the basis that this person changed their version of the eventsI opted to cease all communications with herLast of all I would like to say that we have been in the furniture business for years and have never had a complaint regarding the quality of our merchandiseThus, I am not willing to exchange the whole dining set like I let her know especially after such a long timeI think for honesty and respect this person should drop their complaintI was always willing to replace the table of the same qualityI would like to tell you that my business is respected and has always given my best treatment to my clientsThat is why we are still in businessThank you very much

In response to Mr [redacted] and Double G Furniture, In the last email you sent, you stated that we are in agreement to replace the table for a second time, however this is incorrectYou replaced the first damaged table, due to stains that would not come off, with a second table that arrived with chipped marble and also started to stain, and so you are trying to replace the table for a THIRD time and youare unwilling to replace the chairs so that I have a matching setI have nevernor will I agree to thatAgain, I DO NOT WANT to have the table replaced as I have seen the “quality” of your merchandise I do not want a third table from your store.When I made the initial purchase of the piece dining set, I never imagined that I would be in this position where I was asked to accept a thirdreplacement table, as when I bought the dining set I bought it last I would like you to please come pick up your damaged, stained table and the chairs, return my money and let me move on so I may purchase a quality dining set from a different store with a much betterreputation and better customer serviceThe reason this issue has taken over months to resolve is due to the poor customer service you have shown me by not returning my calls as promised, ignoring my text messages, and conveniently never being in the store when I called The lack of communication on your part to resolve this issue in a timely manner has put us in the position that we are in nowIf you do not agree to these terms I noted above, I am prepared to resolve this matter in court where I will have a judge review this caseI will also be sure to include picture evidence of the damaged tables, aswell as pictures of our text messages, and phone records showing each time I attempted to contact you to resolve this matter, however you neglected to work this out in a professional manner leaving me no other option.Please think this over thoroughly, as I am not asking to keep any of your merchandise, I simply want my money back and to move onThank you for your time, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern, I have read the response from Mr*** *egarding the complaint that was filed, ID ***Although he is asking that I drop my complaint, I will be declining to do so and continue to seek justice wherer I believe it is due and I will explain why. I am simply asking for him to return the amount I paid for the seven piece dining table, in the amount of $and to come pick up the table I have nowThe table was purchased in November After using the dining room table only a few times I've noticed meaning he noticed a circle stating that occurred after my cup was left sitting on the tableI try to clean it off myself, but the stains remainedAnd Mr*** a statement he claims that it was six weeks before I first noticed him of the staining and just going out the marble however this is untrueI contacted him two weeks after noticing the stainingWhen I contacted Mr*** at double G furniture and explain the situation and he did replace the table approximately one month laterAfter the new table was delivered I noticed a chunk of marble are so that's what he claims that table is made of was missing from the side of the tableI was very upset knowing that he exchange my table with the damage oneI tried numerous times to contact Mr*** via his cell phone store phone text messages and no return phone callsI called him from a blocked number, but as soon as he recognize my voice, he immediately hung up to avoid discussing this matter with meI spoke with His employees would tell me that Mr*** was not at the store they would leave him a message for him to call me back, which he never did. when he did contact me he stated that he would bring me a catalog to look at and pick out another table, but you never kept his promiseIt took time off work so I could be at home when he was supposed to come by to bring me the catalog, but he never showed upThen I asked if you could drop it off at my doorstep, and again he never showedI tried to explain to him that I did not want a third marble table due to the poor quality of the table from the first two previous timesThe second table started to stay in immediately in addition to having a chunk of marble missingI asked if you could replace a table with a different kind, like a wood table, but requested that he take back the chairs and table also, since they were a matching set, and let me pick an entire new setMr*** did not like these terms stated that he replaced the table, but not the chairs. I then became upset and called him to forward him that I no longer want to deal with the issue and constant lack of communication on his partI have foreman that I did not want to keep it damaged table and asked if you would come pick up the table and chairs from my home and return the $I payHe seemed very annoyed at my request and said he would think about it and even stated once, I might give you back half of the moneyOnce I mention that I want my money back he stopped returning my calls altogether and was then forced to turn into the Revdex.com in hopes that my complaint would be heard and taken seriously. I am a full-time employee and a single mother of three children, I have no time to keep going with this issue that has been going on for the last eight months and feel I am all the money I am paid outThe reason this table still my positions because Mr*** will not return my calls to come and take the time you sent backI do not wish to have the table replaced as I have seen the quality of his damage is nice, not once, but twiceI will not recommend the store to anyone, not just because of the porch furniture, but also due to the way I was treated and ignored for eight months and counting on. Again, I am not asking to keep the seven piece dining set, I would simply like my $return to me and the damage, stain bit dining set return to him. Hello, the response is the following, we are in agreement for the second time, to exchange the table. This is only the table, we have never refused to that but she is trying to gain a big advantage as today's date is 9 months after the purchase and our last offer to resolve this is exchanging the table. When we delivered the merchandise it was in perfect condition. We cannot exchange the entire dining set, it would be illogical after such a long time. We have over 15 years in the business and we have never had a single complaint about our merchandise or customer service. Review: I purshased furniture from this establishment. Table is poor quality and was delivered damaged. This has been a on going situation for the past 7 months as I initially agreeded to have the table replaced. I have been ignored for months at a time trying to get this issue resolved. Plus he gave me a date that he would show to replace the product in which I sat at home all day with no phone call or him showing up. I have been physically told by the owner that he would replace and make the situation right on more then one occasion. Now it has come too a point were he is completely ignoring me; my texts and phonecalls. I have no other way too get this problem solved.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as promised of $1100 and for him to come pick up his table.
