Review: Double H Landscaping was informed that the programming their team made to my irrigation system caused an increased water bill, 3 x normal my normal bill. After calling and explaining my problem and asking for some type of reimbursement, I was asked to talk to the [redacted]. This conversation was immediately turned around to be my fault, he even said “you are not a renter anymore, it’s a luxury to have an irrigation system and you have to expect to have higher water bills, you also expect me to think it took 45 days for you to notice this issue? My guys would NEVER do that” Now, take into consideration the programming was set 3 times a day at to start at 1:30 am (never would know it was running unless I don’t sleep) I have owned the house for 2 years, had the system for several MONTHS, and had consistent water bills until the team made the changes 45 days ago; water bills are 30-40 days behind and I just received the bill. This was the most unprofessional experience I have received in years! You might get a better rate but remember you get what you pay for.Desired Settlement: Please refund me the water bill difference prior to the changes your team made to the programming. Not asking for 100% just your part in the increase.

double h landscapes cape provides the highest quality irrigation systems. There was not a malfunction, defect or coverage problem with our product. However, when your landscape is being established you have to water more frequently. As your usage increases, so does your bill. I think it's ludicrous that this homeowner wants me to pay to establish his newly installed landscape. Thanks for your consideration.

I contacted Double H ( H & H) Landscaping after seeing the job they provided for a neighbor. I must say I had previously called several others companies who never called back. one did call back and I met with them and they never gave me any design plans after several calls. When I met With Mario he was very professional and knowledgable about his craft. I had no idea what I wanted to make my hudge Muddy Yard Functional a place that I would love invite friends and family to enjoy. Mario told me to leave it in his hands ...I must say that I am am very critical and non trusting person.... Double H privided me with a design and a quote and time frame. The design was great and the final product was WAY Better than I could have ever expected. The price was right!! No surprises except for the quality and pride that crew displayed while completing the job...The final product was Beautful..
